Answer: Prices vary by size and finishes:

  • Basic models: Start around $40,000–$60,000 for a shell with minimal interiors.

2. Are steel box homes durable?

Answer: Yes! This model features:

  • ZIP system sheathing: Weather-resistant barrier for moisture control.

  • Aesthetic options: Cedar tongue-and-groove ceilings, painted birch walls, and LifeProof flooring.

4. How energy-efficient are they?

Answer: This home is designed for efficiency:

  • Ductless mini-split: Heats and cools the space affordably.
