At Aultra Containers, we take pride in delivering high-quality shipping containers that meet agreed specifications. Due to the nature of our products, returns are subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Shipping containers may only be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • The container delivered does not match the specifications confirmed in the order agreement
  • The container arrives with significant structural defects not disclosed prior to delivery
  • Damage occurred during transit and is reported immediately upon delivery

All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-built or modified containers
  • Containers that have been used, altered, or relocated after delivery
  • Containers sold “as-is” or clearly marked as refurbished or used (unless otherwise stated in writing)
  • Orders returned due to customer site inaccessibility or refusal of delivery

3. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are required to inspect the container upon delivery. Any visible issues, damages, or discrepancies must be noted immediately at the point of delivery and reported to our team without delay. Failure to report issues at delivery may void eligibility for a return.

4. Return Approval Process

All returns require prior written approval from Aultra Containers. Once a return request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Return Transportation

If a return is approved:

  • Transportation and handling costs may apply
  • Return logistics will be coordinated by our team or an approved carrier
  • Containers must be returned in the same condition as delivered

Any additional damage occurring during return transport may result in deductions or rejection of the return.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed after the container has been received and inspected. Refunds exclude:

  • Delivery fees
  • Handling or offloading costs
  • Customization or fabrication charges

Refunds are issued via the original payment method or approved alternative within a reasonable processing timeframe.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to dispatch or fabrication. Once a container has been shipped or modified, cancellation is no longer permitted. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aultra Containers is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by site conditions, access restrictions, permit issues, or third-party handling beyond our control.
