2. Non-Refundable Items & Charges

- Custom-built, modified, or fabricated containers
- Deposits paid to initiate fabrication or secure inventory
- Delivery, transportation, offloading, and handling fees
- Containers sold “as-is,” refurbished, or used (unless otherwise stated in writing)
3. Inspection & Reporting
Customers are required to inspect containers at the time of delivery. Any visible defects, damages, or discrepancies must be reported immediately. Failure to notify Aultra Containers at delivery may void refund eligibility.
4. Refund Approval Process
All refund requests are subject to review and written approval by Aultra Containers. Approved refunds will only be processed after the container has been returned (if required) and inspected to confirm eligibility.
5. Refund Method & Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method or an approved alternative. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and inspection completion. Refund timelines do not include banking or third-party processing delays.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to dispatch or fabrication. Once shipping or customization has commenced, cancellations are not permitted and refunds will not be issued.

- Site accessibility and readiness for delivery
