Payment Terms

Full or partial payment may be required prior to fabrication, release, or delivery, depending on the project scope and order type. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other approved secure payment channels. All payments must be successfully cleared before order processing or dispatch. For custom-built or modified containers, a non-refundable deposit may be required to commence fabrication. Final payment must be completed before delivery is scheduled.
Delivery Process
We provide professional delivery services for all containers. Delivery timelines are scheduled based on container availability, customization requirements, and delivery location. Our logistics team coordinates directly with customers to ensure safe, efficient, and timely delivery.
Onsite delivery includes container positioning and offloading where access conditions permit. Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access, suitable ground conditions, and compliance with local regulations prior to delivery.

Order Confirmation
Once payment is received and verified, an official order confirmation will be issued. This confirmation includes order details, specifications, estimated timelines, and delivery arrangements. Orders will only proceed after confirmation has been acknowledged.
Delivery Completion
Delivery is considered complete once the container has been offloaded and positioned at the agreed location. Any concerns or visible issues must be reported immediately upon delivery for prompt resolution.

Additional Charges
Additional fees may apply for long-distance delivery, restricted access sites, re-delivery, waiting time, or special handling requirements. All applicable charges will be communicated in advance where possible.
